Hey guys! Welcome to the #trustmycoach Fitness Test!
It is really important that you do this fitness test honestly and to the best of your ability. The results of the test will allow me see what fitness level you are currently at so you can train at the appropriate level. The #TMC levels are Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
This will only take you five minutes and you will be doing three exercises – the plank, the chair and push-ups.
Firstly, watch the short videos to ensure that you execute the correct technique of the exercises. Then, you can begin the test. When you finish each exercise, make sure you record your time or note down your repetitions. Finally, confirm your test results on the #trustmycoach website and we are ready to start training!
Once you have begun training with me, you may find that the #TMC program is too hard or too easy. This is no problem! You can change your difficulty level at any time.
Remember, we are on a fitness journey together! So, do your best in the Fitness Test and then, get ready for the real work!
